Skyr snack
Ingredients (one serving)
- 250 g Ísey Skyr plain or vanilla
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or 10 g
- 1 tablespoon syrup or 10 g
- 100 g frozen berries
Method
- Blend the skyr, peanut butter and syrup together in a bowl
- If you use Ísey Skyr vanilla you don’t need the syrup
- Add baking paper to the bottom of a a bowl or dish and distribute the blend evenly over. Try to have the blend not to thick. 5 mm is optimal.
- Add the raspberries on top and put into freezer for 2ö3 hours
- Take the recipe out and cut into small pieces
