Halloween skyr pizza

High protein pizza with Ísey Skyr. A delicious base that will not disappoint any pizza lover and the best part is how simple it is to make the base. This recipe is enough for family of 4.

230 g Ísey Skyr Natural

140 g flour

1 tsp baking powder

 

Suggestion for toppings

Pizza sauce

Cheese

Pepperoni

Pizza seasoning

 

Method

Place the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough. It´s best to use a mixer, but you can also mix by hand.

Roll out and place on baking paper.

It´s good to bake the bottoms/base first for 20 min. at 180° and then put the toppings on and bake again for about 8-10 min. at the same temperature. But it is also fine to put the toppings directly on and bake them for 20 min. The ends will be crispier if the bottom is baked first.
