Grilled lamb with a delicious chili sauce
4 lamb chops
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp finely chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and brush the mixture over the lamb chops. Grill the chops for about six minutes on each side. Allow the meat to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Delicious chili skyr sauce, perfect for barbeques
150 ml vanilla skyr
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 chili, deseeded and finely chopped
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Chop up fresh chili and mix with other ingredients, season with chili powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
