Crustard toast with Ísey vanilla skyr
3 sliced of bread
Ingredients
1 egg
3 tbs Ísey vanilla skyr
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
Strawberries
Blueberries
Topping
Honey
Powdered sugar
Directions
- Turn on the oven and set to 200°C, and add baking paper to the oven tray
- Stir egg, skyr, cinnamon and honey together in a bowl until well blended
- Take a spoon and press down a little the center of the bread to secure that the blend sits well on the bread slice
- Add the skyrblend on top of each bread slice, add few sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the skyrblend.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- Serve with honey or/and powdered sugar over the bread
