Christmas Skyr Bowl

500 g Ísey Skyr Vanilla
2 tabelspoon chia seeds
Almond flakes
Pomegranate
Cinnamon Cake Granola
Directions
- Put skyr in a bowl together with the chia seeds and mix well. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
- Place cinnmon granola on top, along with almond flakes and pomegranate seeds.
Cinnamon cake granola
160 g coarse oats
60 g pecans
60 g almonds
30 g hemp seeds
2 teaspoons cinnamon
¼ teaspoons ginger
¼ teaspoons salt
¼ teaspoons cloves
100 g agave syrup
60 g coconut oil
1 teaspoons vanilla drops
Method
- Heat the over to 170 degrees and place baking paper in the oven.
- Mix the oats almonds, pecans hemp seeds and all the spices in a bowl and stir together.
- Put syrup, melted cocnut oil and vanilla drops together in a bowl and stir everything well.
- Mix everything together in a bowl and stir until everything is well mixed.
- Put the mixture on a baking sheet, spread everything well and bake for about 30 mintues. It is important to stir the mixture after 15 min.
- Take out of the oven and let it cool completely before you put it on the breakfast bowl or in a box.
