60 g coarse oats

60 ml strong coffee

60 ml milk

1 teaspoon syrup

3 tbsp Ísey vanilla extract

½ teaspoon cocoa

2 tbsp vanilla protein or chocolate protein (optional)

Top

4 tbsp Ísey vanilla extract

cocoa

 

Method

  1. Put the oats, coffee, milk, syrup, vanilla extract and cocoa together in a bowl and stir until everything is well mixed. Those who want to add protein add it here as well.
  2. Put in two jars or glasses and cover with a lid or plastic film. Store in the fridge overnight.
  3. Take the glasses out of the fridge, put 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup on top of each glass and sprinkle cocoa on top.
