Frozen Ísey skyr snickers sticks

400 g Ísey Skyr Vanilla
3 tbsp peanut butter
80 g syrup
Salted peanuts
200 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
Sea salt
Method
- Put the skyr, peanut butter and syrup together in a bowl and stir until everything is well mixed.
- Put baking paper on a plate, put approx. 2 tbsp. of skyr mixture on the plate for each pin.
- Put salted peanuts on top and place a pin on top of the skyr so that it can be held easily. Pipes can also be used here. It is not necessary to use a pin, but it is easier to dip the pin in chocolate.
- Put in the freezer for 1-2 hours. or until the skyr has completely frozen.
- Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl and melt in the microwave or over low heat until the chocolate is smooth and fine.
- Take the skyr sticks out of the freezer and dip each one well into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking paper. For those who want, it is good to put a little sea salt on top of each pin.
- When the chocolate has hardened, the skyr pins are ready.
- Can be stored in a closed container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
