½ Banana

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

1 Teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Mix everything in a blender and blend until everything is well combined and the mixture is soft and smooth.
  2. For those who use fresh blueberries, it is good to add 1 tablespoon of ice cubes.
