The Icelandic National Culinary Team competes at the Culinary World Cup 2018

This weekend the Icelandic National Culinary Team will compete at the Culinary World Cup 2018 in Luxembourg. The culinary team focuses on using a selection of traditional, Icelandic ingredients. The three main ingredients in the team’s dishes will be Icelandic cod, Icelandic lamb and of course the original Icelandic skyr – Ísey Skyr.

The team has a large group of supporters including the First Lady of Iceland, Eliza Reid, as the protector of the team!

We wish the Icelandic National Culinary Team good luck during the competition: “Áfram Ísland!”
